Server & desktop virtualization; heterogeneous environments; BYOD-bring your own device; cloud computing...only the properly designed 'delivery system' will offer significant value to users, IT teams and the financial executives within any corporation.

In the Claros world, a delivery system is an IT system which connects business users to the applications, information, and services they need to do their jobs.  Building, implementing, and supporting change-friendly delivery systems is the core of what Claros provides customers.

The Claros technical team leverages state-of-the-art virtualization and networking technologies from Microsoft, Citrix, VMware, and other leading technology providers to build flexible systems that give business users anytime/anywhere access to needed resources. Claros is comprised of internationally recognized experts that are uniquely qualified to provide you with the best consultative solutions for virtualization technologies based on real-life experience and know-how.

It’s important to note that Claros uses a very different approach to System design, delivery, and evolution. These differences have a significant impact upon the cost, quality, agility, and long term viability of Systems we build.

At the most basic and fundamental level, Claros’ leverages the concept of ‘Agile Development’ extensively, successfully applying it to Infrastructure vs. Product. For a brief yet valuable primer on Agile, we suggest the following read by pioneer and Agile evangelist Martin Fowler: http://martinfowler.com/articles/newMethodology.html. Note that Fowler describes Agile primarily in the context of software/product development and project management; Claros adapts these concepts and applies them to infrastructure design, delivery, and maintenance.

This fundamental difference is a strategic advantage to Claros and our customers. It allows us to adapt to unknowns, changes in requirements, environment, industry, technology, etc. much more quickly and successfully. We combine this Agile approach to Infrastructure with a design theology and practice that supports and even encourages change.
